Annual Awards of Excellence 2011
Eleanor Hails, our Deputy Restaurant Manager, has made it through to the Finals of the Annual Awards of Excellence, and Award which highlights the talents and ambition of young people in the restaurant industry.
Past final examinations have required competitors to serve a three course meal to two people, including serving various wines & champagne. The awards began in 1983 as the Commis Chef of the Year Award, and has since grown to encompass a range of roles in a restaurant, including waiters & waitresses.
We congratulate Eleanor for getting to this stage of the Awards, and wish her good luck. We’re confident that she will not walk away empty handed.
