Building Access

• Access to the Townhouse is through an 84cm wide front door or an 85cm wide rear door, both keycard operated from the outside.

Bedrooms

• All rooms are en-suite and have kettles and remote control televisions.

Ground Floor Rooms

• All rooms are by level access via 81cm wide fire doors and 81cm wide bedroom doors.

First Floor Rooms

• Access to the first floor is via either:-
  • The passenger lift.
  • 12 Steps, each with 19.5cm risers. There is a handrail on the left of the stair case.
• Rooms Pearl, Ebony and Chocolate are by level access via 81cm wide fire doors and 81cm wide bedroom doors.
• Rooms Indigo, Pistachio and Plum are accessed via 81cm wide fire doors, up a 10cm high step, and have 81cm wide bedroom doors.

Second Floor

• Access to the second floor is via either:-
• The passenger lift.
• 12 Steps, each with 19.5cm risers. There is a handrail on the left of the stair case.
• All rooms are by level access via 81cm wide fire doors and 81cm wide bedroom doors.

Accessible Room

• The ground floor room, named Clementine is fully accessible and features:-
  • Two separate bathrooms, one of which is a fully adapted wet room.
  • Dedicated Parking.

Passenger Lift

• A passenger lift which serves all floors is accessed via a 90cm wide sliding door.
• The lift is 110cm wide and 140cm deep.
• There are handrails on the right side and rear of the lift.
