The Lofthouse Suite

A king-size bed, wide-screen television and comfortable seating complement the original oak beams and understated décor.

Mr Pickwick

Mr Pickwick features a romantic king sized carved oak four poster bed which, along with its other antique furniture, is completely at home in this intimate ground-floor room.

Mr Peggotty

Large antique cast iron bedsteads and comfortable seating area combine to provide an elegant and relaxing bedroom. Mr Peggotty is located in the original hayloft overlooking the courtyard, its origin is clearly evidenced by exposed timber A-frames.

The old wooden gate visible from the room is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest simple hinged gate in the British Isles.

The General Mytton Suite

Recently refurbished to the highest standard, the General Mytton Suite makes creative use of the Inn's original beams. The sumptuous furnishings and imaginative lay-out make this a prefect room for those special romantic occasions.

The same high quality bathroom fittings were used for both Mr Stiggins and the General Mytton Suite.
