Easter this year is a little more special than usual at the Bull, as it marks the 25th year that it has been under its current ownership.
Uniquely beautiful scenery attracted David Robertson and Keith Rothwell to Beaumaris, whilst the potential that lay dormant in the old oak beams of the Bull led them to stay.
Ever careful to preserve the tradition that has drawn people to the Bull for centuries, the oldest parts of the Bull have seen significant, yet sympathetic renovation. The partnership’s passion and drive for excellent food has led to the creation of the lively and extremely popular brasserie, along with the stylish renovation of the luxurious loft restaurant.
The most recent, and perhaps most challenging development the pair have undertaken has been the creation of the adjacent Townhouse, a project which has culminated in luxurious rooms, each with cutting edge, colour inspired design.
Who knows where we’ll be in another 25 years, but one thing is sure, as long as Robertson & Rothwell are with the Bull, we will keep providing our customers with an ever improving high standard of service and comfort.
